  1. This book was very difficult to read. I found myself reading a paragraph and not being able to understand what it's about. The suggestions did help such as slowing down and paying attention to the words. Whenever I found I didn't understand something, I went back and re-read it out loud and I found that it helped me to understand the material better.

  4. I haven't found the reading to be extremely difficult to comprehend. However I did find myself going back over lines just to make sure I understood what was actually happening, almost painting a mental picture to refer back too as I read further. The notes provided by the prof. helped me along the way as well as taking some of my own notes.

  5. I found the book difficult to read because of the choice of words and because of the different style of writing that I am no used to. But once I got the hang of it I did not find it difficult to follow what was going on and I was able to connect the dots to understand what was going on. I also agree that reading out loud truly makes a difference when trying to understand the reading.

  6. I didn’t fully enjoy the book because it was so difficult for me to read. The language and the style of it were so hard to understand. I had to re-read out loud certain parts of each chapter but still couldn’t fully comprehend the whole thing. The suggestions in the video were very helpful. However, I still had a hard time to understand each sentence so that is why I had to skip few words and phrases which didn’t make any sense to me.

  7. I found the book enjoyable a little hard at some points, sometimes I did find myself re-read. what I did find a little helpful was reading the other copy the one that as the buildings on the cover it is a little smaller easier to carry page numbers are off but I was able to take it everywhere with ease.
